CRM360 is the Schaeffler Group’s new CRM system, which provides the sales team with comprehensive 360° customer information. An innovative design concept for internal communication was developed for the launch phase. This included the design of a new brand identity, the outfitting of the system ambassadors and the selection of suitable visual materials.
​
The central key visual consists of four cubes whose three-dimensional perspective and circular arrangement create a new, 360-degree closed form. This visualisation symbolises the comprehensive, continuously evolving customer information.
