The “Sozialplattform” is a central online portal that offers citizens in NRW digital access to social benefits in the area of work and retirement. 

​

In order to improve the user-friendliness and attractiveness of the portal, the concept “The guidepost/Die Wegweiser” was developed. This concept includes the creation of graphics and videos to help users find their way around. Individually designed virtual clerks support users in their respective benefit area, provide general information, explain the available options and guide them step by step through to the application process.
